Great Cookbook to Add to Your Collection!
It’s a perfect blend of science backed nutrition and great and accessible recipes for all levels of cooks. It’s an interesting read in the front of the book with the knowledge and science for a heart healthy diet. Each recipe also has heart healthy information for the ingredients used. The recipes are a great blend of different kinds of cuisines.
